W4RT Electronics Terms of Business

  1. W4RT doesn't have an incoming telephone line for customer inquiries or orders. Please correspond by email or fax. Responses are typically less than one day (often even on the weekends!). In rare cases, W4RT personnel will call you to help resolve a problem.

  2. All prices are in US dollars.

  3. No COD or purchase orders accepted except from W4RT Electronics dealers and the US Government.

  4. Payment may be made by Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.

  5. Charge to credit card isn't made until time of shipment. Credit card charges will appear on your monthly billing statement as Optical E.T.C. (not as W4RT Electronics or PanTechne Corporation).

  6. Payment by money order and personal check is acceptable; however the check or MO must clear the bank prior to shipment.

  7. Shipping and handling charges stated are automatically computed based upon the on-line services of the USPS and UPS. If you have any questions, contact Ralph@w4rt-sales.com.

  8. Shipments are made using UPS or USPS at the CUSTOMER's discretion. The CUSTOMER also selects the specific delivery service, e.g., USP Ground, USP 2nd Day, Global Express, etc. If the CUSTOMER desires to have the shipment insured beyond any insurance that may be included in the shipment mode, then the CUSTOMER must select the appropriate amount and will be charged accordingly.   9. Items returned are subject to a 25% restocking charge and items must be returned in original packing and in original condition. With rare exceptions, the credit will be store credit rather than a cash refund. W4RT Electronics is a reseller of products manufactured by itself and other companies. Product warrantees are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and all claims must be transacted between the purchaser and the manufacturer. W4RT Electronics warrantee on its products (OPP-xxx, OBP, OBF, OPF, Antenna BOSS & BOSS II, etc.) is typically one year, except on battery packs, which is ninety days. Specific terms are presented in the product instruction manual. W4RT Electronics does not (i) sell used products nor (ii) have any provisions for customers to "try product out for evaluation."

  10. W4RT Electronics reserves the right to refuse service or to sell product(s) to anyone at its discretion. W4RT Electronics is not responsible for typographical errors in either the text or pricing.
